How do you remove latex paint that has run down the baseboard?

What product do I need to purchase to remove paint that has run under the paint line on the baseboard around the wall?

TSP. You can find it in the paint section in your local Lowe's or Home Depot.

warm soap and water should remove the paint from the baseboard, use a sponge or cloth.

Definately warm water & dawn dishwashing liquid. You'll be amazed at how clean your baseboards will come. Bad part is, you'll have to keep going until they are all done. Have a blessed day & good luck
