How to Make an Awesome Skateboard Swing!

Looking for something fun and unique to help entertain your kids this summer? My son LOVES this new skateboard swing, and it was so easy to make.
We started with these supplies.
Cut the dowel into two handles.
Drilled holes in the handles.
and in the skateboard deck.
Then we ran the rope through.
and hung it up.
Obviously Dad has to "test" it first to make sure it was "safe".
Then the little got to try it out! I think the hardest part of the whole project was trying to convince him that it was time to come in for dinner. :-)

Hi. Thank you for the details. My question is... I want to setup one indoors.. We don't have a garden. I would have to use the ceiling rafters as the link. How would I be able to set how it swings...i.e limit the range of motion? Celeste
