How can I mount a light weight chandelier to my outdoor fan base?

I've tired velcro, but it came off in rain. I would love to tack this onto the round base of the fan where a light would go. There's one screw in the middle of the base. Any ideas? Gorilla tape?

Is it possible to tie the light to the fan? Use fishing line so it won't show as much or get a heavier duty Velcro. Good luck!

Get an eye hook the size of the one screw in the fan. Replace screw with eye hook and hang chandelier from eye hook .

I think I'll try the eye hook!! The heavy duty tapes just come off in the rain and the heavy duty velcro did the same. Let's see if the eye hook works!!
