SLS Construction & Building Solutions LLC on May 31, 2015You can always go darker with stain (lighter requires a lot of sanding) - light sand, stain & wipe - areas appearing to dark see if you can rub some more off or not as much from lighter areas. also remember that stain will start getting darker the more coats you do. sand between each coat lightly & then I would finish off with polyHelpful Reply
