Art Deco Master Bath Transforms Into a Spanish Hacienda Retreat
We were honored to be able to do yet another remodel on this historic home in the Willo neighborhood of Phoenix Arizona. This is the third time that our work on this home has has brought us "Contractor of the Year" recognition from our local chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry.
Our remodeling work with our homeowners have been focused on restoring Hacienda style to their unique southwestern home. A previous owner had created a unique Art Deco bath that was stylish yet clashed with the homes charicter and warm style. Our goal was to bring back a more earthy style while incorporating a few modern luxuries.

Art Deco style was transformed into a welcoming southwestern hacienda retreat.
We replace a leaking glass block shower with a frameless glass shower complete with a matching tiled wall niche and recessed pan.
This soaking tub with its Mexican tile wall notch were highest on our clients wish list and meant to be the focal point of this unique master bath.
We extended the stone wall look from the shower around the room to enhance the Spanish revival hacienda feel.
The petrified wood vessel sinks may not be historically accurate but the do add a wow factor.
This oversized wall mirror helps enlarge the feel of the new bathroom as well as hiding the new wall that encloses the walk-in closet.
We wrapped the new window with our stone wall tile and added a wood bench to add to an earthy feel.
BEFORE: Glass block, mirrors and At Deco touches created a definite statement that clashed with the homes Spanish Hacienda style.
BEFORE: The leaking glass block shower's mass made the space feel smaller.
