Repurposing old violins

I have 3 old violins that are not worth repairing. Any suggestions for a unique DIY?

Make them into lamp bases. You'd have to bend some metal tubing (threaded at each end for attaching to lamp base and socket) so it would go around the neck and scroll, but it should be doable.

I had 2 old guitars and 2 old banjos...found in abandon location...cleaned them up, placed them on my wall in my office...right above the drum kit.
