All I need is a woodie to strap this to the top of and head down the pacific highway. Think my wife will notice I'm gone...? Another roadtrip...

As a shark would say, "looks good enough to eat!" Real nice handiwork there Harold. This type of stuff is a dying art these days. Glad to see people still take pride in their work.

Tim, Lets go! My son lives in Pacifica (Just south of SanFran, so that could be our jump off point. :) I'd love to have a Woddie.

Thanks Woodbridge. I love doing them. I'm doing a shortboard next with a chaneled bottom. Will be fighter jet fast

My 20-year-old surfer son said, "That's a pretty sweet surfboard there!" Enough said ;)

Harold you are a true artist I am so impressed as I know the work that goes into this.It is born out of passion. This is a very special gift, I can't imagine the look on your son's face when he laid eyes on this. Every year I surf in Costa Rica and it will get you in shape fast. The beauty of the experience is something that anyone who wants to experience it should not put off.

Thanks Nora and Garden Rebel for your comments. your right, I am passionate about it. can hardley wait to start the next one

I used to windsurf when I lived in Florida, but since moving to the mountains, hard to find decent waves:) I'd like to give surfing a try someday. My son has been to Costa Rica and says it is awesome
