There are three spots on my hardwood floors that my cleaning lady used her finger to scrap some build up of wax on, and now it is very noticeable. How can I fix this?

Remove wax and rub it with a walnut and see if that helps. Break the walnut so the meat of the walnut is shown

Tibetan Almond stick, you can find the small tin at Home Depot. Mine has lasted for years and it is great for covering scratches and discolorations just rub and let it sink in. It even gets out white discolorations caused by water.

Gladys, I don't know dear, if it is scratched in an inconspicuous area I would try it. Keep in mind though that laminate is not wood through and through it is just a coating. If it is not a deep scratch go ahead and try it. Be careful it is oil and very slippery
