Dog fence

Any suggestions please. We have a joint driveway, the neighbour's dog will not keep off my small plant border, about 10 ft by 3 ft. The living area of the house is the 2nd story. The rest of garden is tarmac for garages. It urinates all over the exterior and for other he uses border. Is there anyway I can shield my border without blocking the view of my plants. I tried a small fence 2 ft high but can jump it. HELP! Thank you.

you need to sprinkle fresh hot red pepper powder around the base of your plants. you have to do so for 3-4 weeks. it will not hurt your plants, remember to sprinkle it around after you water, as it will "dissipate" if you water after placing around the area you want to save. it will only take 1-2 times of the dog walking in the area or peeing around it to stop the dog or any cat or rabbit/squirrel from messing with the area again. it is organic and will not hurt the animal, only cause it to have temporary "red chilli overload", like a human biting into a red chilli. try this 1st b4 you go out and have to spend too much money on other preventatives...you'll need bulk size powder, and remember to wear gloves and glasses, then don't forget not to touch your face!

Have you talked to the owner of the animal? I would not put the red pepper out and punish the dog when obviously the owner is the one that needs training.

Yes, they take it out 4 times daily and are absolutely certain he does nothing in yard. The urine particularly stinks.

I went to Home Depot and picked up wire fencing that comes in white, green or brown. It comes folded up and you open it up like accordion. You can see through it and it's 3' high. I surrounded all of my plants in my yard because my German Shepherd was VERY fond of digging. It's not expensive at all and it looks really nice too.

Thanks, will look out for that but will try pepper first, don't hold out much hope for that though.
