I have two new endless summer hydrangeas plants still in their pots

I have not planted them yet. The problem is the leaves are turning brown some have holes in them. What is causing this and what can I do to stop it? Please help. Thank you.

The roots may be crowed and not have enough soil to support the plants, try larger pots or put them in the grounds. I live in zone 7 and plants in pots all day in the sun dry very quickly and do not do well.

Always best to get your plants into the ground - environment for the plant is more stable and it will be less susceptible to problems.
