Floral Ice Cubes - Elegant Entertaining

I grow plenty of edible flowers in my garden, but violas are my favourite. They are beautiful and versatile in the garden, but did you know they have a sweet flavour?
I picked these pretties from the garden just to freeze them.
Layer them in the ice cube tray buy filling only half full and then freezing. Remove from the freezer, add more water and freeze again.
Boiled water makes clear cubes, tap water makes cloudy ones.
As they melt the flowers flavour your drink!
