Gardening: What causes TIPS of leaves to turn brown and how to fix the problem?

1) Note on the Palm, most leaves are very healthy and a couple turned yellow.

ut them off? (I have before and it doesn't seem to work.) Can't get flower to grow again either.

    burning on the tips is caused by the salts in our water . using distilled water helps a lot . you can also just trim the brown off but try to cut in a point just like the original shape.

Gardening: Suggestion for coffee grounds

I had that if you dump your used coffee grounds at the roots of your rose bushes, it is great fertilizer. I have found this to be true. My rose bush is flourishing. Anyone else find the same thing?

    my plants . I have even convinced many of my clients to use thiel old grounds as well. One plant that loves it the most are the Bird of Paradise they will bloom for me almost all year long.

Finally got rid of my clumsy couch and added my favorite black/white themed sitting.

Though not sure if the painting is on the right spot or I need to lift it few more inches up?? Seeking some advice here!

    An option you might consider , add a tall pot in the left corner with bamboo painted black .

  • usually pot all my herbs, decided to do in ground, great decision, enough for for friends
  • rebuilt the deck w/this seating so we'd have more space and I could seat more ppl @ one time
  • attached misting systems to pergola so flowers watered w/ease
  • love to watch the birds feast on the cone flowers, while I enjoy my morning chai tea ritual
  • yes, I'm proud of them
  • best part of it all, thick juicy ribeye's and lamb chops right off the grill!
