Carolina Pondscapes Inc.
by Carolina Pondscapes Inc.
Whether they are Hardy, Tropical, ones that bloom during the day, or night, Water Lilies have been one of our favorite Aquatic Plants that our customers have wanted to put in their pond. The multitudes of Shapes, Sizes and Colors provide the pond with numerous options to choose from and is a great source in providing shade for your fish during those hot summer months. The plants can be grown in a large body of water and even a small container garden... Six hours of sunlight will make these plants flourish in your pond.

There are many different sizes of containers on the market. A half-whiskey barrel is great Douglas., as long as it holds water. Two nice lilies placed at the bottom with several other aquatic plants would make a great feature on your patio. To provide a little moving water, add a small pump or aerator and over time, it will look awesome. Even adding small gold fish would complete it..
