Repurpose an Old Candle Jar

I always have tons of empty glass jars, including some lovely candle jars, that I just simply can't throw out. There is always a way to re-purpose them and decided I had just the project for this beauty. I am always struggling with keeping theQ tips nice and neat on my dressing table without having an ugly plastic box there, so I decided to beautify this little glass candle jar and make it into a lovely Qtip holder!
This is just a simple glass container with left left from a used candle.
Simply paint the lid the colour of your choice using chalk paint (as this can go straight onto any material).
Sand and wax as you would normalaly with furniture.
Glue a glass door pull/knob on top using E6000 glue and let it dry.
You are left with a gorgeous Qtip holder.

Think I would like them not painted and just add a brushed stainless knob. Thank you for the great idea.
