Rolled Fringe Rose How-to
I posted my Valentine's Posies a few days back and here is the first of the tutorials on how to make some of the flowers. First up is the rolled fringe rose, or carnation, if you like. Very easy to do and takes less than 15 minutes to make one.

Terri- someone said kool-aid is a good dye so that would have more options in terms of color. Go for it!
