Found some heavy pic drainage pipes, but want to cut them down.

What would be the best way? I do not have a table saw but do have a reciprocal saw and a 3 in one tool, and some hand tools. It does not have to be exact.
They look to be about 1/4 thick

Just mark out your line and reciprocate away. Of course, a skill (circular) saw would work too but either way, you would need to turn the tube and follow your cut line.

Right all the way ....if use the circular you could a guide on side to keep straight

I normally just use a small hacksaw. I would mark the cutting line before starting, and then lightly sand the edges.

I as well just use a hacksaw, to make an even cut i place painters tape/masking tape around the pvc pipe for a guide.

I work for a water company. We use a chain saw.

Ditto to the hand saw/hack saw. But if the pipe is thin or flimsy I seal the ends fill with water to freeze then cut makes huge difference
