Seems a little over the top...and a excessive use of resources....I thought green thinking, conservation of resources, and sustainability killed the Mc mansion years ago. -

I see a couple places where intersecting roof lines create dead valleys and leak/drainage problems that will be a future maint headache for owners. Send me the CAD file and I'll be glad to tune it up for you or at least advise how to make it right -
