What material do I need to make a fan of old pictures for a bride?

Rice paper will work best. Its a little costly but they sell drawing pads made of rice paper that will be the perfect size. Make sure you brush the glue on, do not use rubber glue it will not stick, basic Elmers is good. Good luck!
