Desk the wrong height

I recently purchased a cute small table for my college student to use as a desk. Problem the table is too short to sit under comfortably. It is perfect except the short legs. I purchased bed-risers to set it on but makes the desk look a bit tacky. Is there a easy way to length the legs of desk more attractively and not look weird?
