A few Weeks ago I posted some pics of a Natural Edge Juniper Shelf that is mounted in our Master bedroom. It was built to house some of my sweeties' miniature collectibles.

It was such a hit she requested a second one for some of her collector dolls. Not one to pass up a Woodworking opportunity for our own place I jumped right in with the plan to built her second shelf but also one for my little corner of our room.
Along one of the walls in our bedroom we have our shared crafting and work areas. I originally had my jewelry bench there for my silver smith work, that bench evolved to my gunsmithing and reloading bench. I plan to install the shorter new Juniper shelf to hold some of my reloading / die tool heads. This is my upper My orginal mancave is my workshop.
The shop is split into two rooms, one bigger "tool" room and the smaller bench / finishing area. A second aspect of the smaller room is it also my "bike shop". Stretched out on the finishing bench is a bunch of Blue stain pine T&G I oiled today, it is destined for our cabin.
Upper #mancave zone The new Juniper shelf will go below the kids portrait
My messy (I need a weekend up to tidy up eh?) Tool room. Part of the problem is this space is unheated and I need to warm it up with my portable propane heaters before I can work during the winter.
Juniper Shelves with a fresh coatt of oil, and a piece of Russian olive that is going to be a lap desk for my daughter (she helped last week end)

There's something about a wood work shop. We too have ours split into two rooms. This past weekend we found two large storage cabinets to help get it more organized. We'd debated over which Craftsman cabinets with drawers for years now, but hubby found one excuse after another for NOT getting any. This past weekend, after the gazillionth time looking for some tool he needed and couldn't find, he told me he finally "got me" and my need to organize things and said lets go buy something to put our tools in. He has no idea how happy that made me. 8^D Next I'll talk him into a vac system to hook up all power cutting tools so I don't have to wear a mask when I'm helping him.
