Need ideas for a housewarming gift

My brother has just sold his house and moved into a small condo. Flowers are lovely but they die. I would like to send something so he will see as long as he resides there. Would love some ideas from you all.!..Thanks for your help.

Actually anyone from Hampton NH hanging around here? That is where he resides so you may be able to provide some shops to pick from.

Take a photograph of a place he really loved in his old "stomping grounds." Have it supersized at your local print shop (in black and while). Buy a used frame at a second-hand store that you paint or "antique" with a colored background and silver leaf. Its something he can use as decor and it will bring back memories of good times.

How funny that the first comments are similar I thought of a family photograph from your childhood in an old frame made new so that his loved ones move with him.
