Easy Chalkboard Tags

These are so great for organizing your home...or just because they are cute. :) One can never have enough "chalkboards." I have actually made tags before with canning jar lids and chalkboard paint...but these are so much easier. I think that you would agree. They are mostly done when you pick them up at the store!
You are almost done when you purchase these. ;) How great is that?!
A few supplies.
Finished product. Of course we wouldn't know that they were oats without the tag. ;)
