DIY frames, stencil on letters or use stickers on paper of choice (could even layer different paper styles) or of course there's always the printer, dry erase marker & accent how you want (flowers, vinyl decals, tissues or an eraser)
Vinyl Decals accent nicely, as do my flowers :) (tissues to wipe off the dry erase marker)
Dry erase marker is perfect!

Adjust your spacing with a ruler. Putting the tack in the proper place can be the tricky part.
