If you have a sewing machine you could add a skirt behind the bed skirt you currently using, this could add some contrast and a neat look while adding length.

I'd apply some velcro strips to the inside of your bedframe and on regular bed dust ruffels and let hang as close to the floor as you can...even a few inches off the floor is great and still conceals any storage stuffs. Best 2 Ya! JL

JL's on the right track - again. You are actually better off with the skirt a few inches off the floor. This will still hide everything when you are standing up, and it will reduce the threat of bedbugs.

I cannot see your bed or your mattress. If you have the right conditions and the right mattress you can use two identical dust ruffles. One of the dust ruffles you put under the boxed spring and adjust to length. The other dust ruffle will be installed in the normal fashion. Or, you can detach one of the dust ruffles "sheeting" that holds the fabric portion to create the dust ruffle. After the fabric or color portion is detached from the "sheeting" you can attach it to the boxed spring with tiny twisty pins or Velcro. Take the second identical dust ruffle and installed it as you normally would. It is best to use identical dust ruffles of the same color so that it does not bring attention to the bottom of the bed. The easiest way to make a dust ruffle fit is to have it custom made to fit properly.

When I built a basic frame for the bed in our quest room I built it tall to allow for storage below. We set the skirt to the frame and allow the bed spread to fall to that. Its a layered shingle type look

This is a different bed...our Aspen log one in the master...I installed blue LED christmas lights under it...its the night light so we don't step on the dog when getting up in the middle of the night.

If you can buy a bedskirt a size larger than what you need. All you do is fold the extra fabric down the middle and put your matress back on top .

You could do a solid color in the larger size and a print in the size that you need for a layered look.

Bernice...I hit half a century this year....not so much the "spring chicken" I used to be but I get by. At 6' when I sit on the edge of the bed my feet just clear the floor...my partner is a bit shorter....but she still manages to get in and out just fine too....its the little dogs that have some trouble. this pic shows the older steps....we currently a doggie ramp on her side, Our wiener dogs legs are only 2" long so she needs the ADA type ramp.

Bed Bath and Beyond, sells them. Go online to see if they are in your area or order them on line. Can't remember how much i paid for them but it wasn't much. Hopes that they are still selling them, good luck.

I used a king-sized bed skirt for a full-sized bed. You could probably use the king-sized bed skirt and add some trim at the bottom and it should cover it just fine.
