Retro Floral Painted Cabinet

I took my daughters cabinet that I had foolishly had painted with glitter paint a few years ago. When she asked if she could get rid of the cabinet I took it back and gave it a much needed makeover. I entered this piece into the the theme is "Come On Let Your Colors Burst"

I couldn't be more thrilled with how this piece turned out, and bonus hand painting this flowers were super easy and relaxing to do!

the before, yes I hang my head down in shame for allow my cute baby girls brown eyes bat at me enough to make me loose all common painting sense and painted this piece a lovely shade of glittered bubble gum

In the trenches of stripping the gummy mess, I gave up and sanded that sucker down as much as I could!

Late night painting session as all of my 5 kiddos slept it was a great way to unwind from the day!

Makeover complete!

And now I have her in a main part of our house so I can just stare at her and sigh at just how pretty this makeover turned out!
