Eric, you might try Appliance Direct, they have a few locations around. They have a "scratch and dent" section that have great prices. You might be able to find one that is scratched on the side that gets covered from view anyways.

I have always has luck at SEARS appliance centers. They sell new and used appliances and usually come with a nice warranty. They have been in business forever and know their stuff. GOOD LUCK!

I like SEARS as well, their warranties are good. I've had luck with Best Buy too, I bought my washer dryer and TV from them. Appliance Mart and such have appliances but their warranties are not good, so in the long run if something goes wrong you will have to spend on the repairs.

Depending on how long you can wait and your appliance requirement. I did my purchases when I did my kitchen over the internet. I went to appliance stores and found the makes and models I liked. Then after doing research on them via internet. I found suppliers that would sell less tax, and deliver free for much less then I could buy locally. I saved just on my washer and dryer over all the local prices over $350. The only down side was it took a week to get them and I had to install and remove the old as well as dispose of the garbage.

Sears is amazing...they have been on top of it for customer service (which means more to people).

    Great selection, prices and service.

Local service post sale is EXTREMELY important!

Buy ten appliances and one or two WILL have a problem that requires warranted service
