New New Batch of Free Tomato Plants in 1 Week

Hi Homtalkers, right now you might be enjoying your first harvest of tomatoes, but do you know it's also a great time to start a new batch of tomato plants for a late harvest in fall? Here's a trick on how to grow a new batch of tomato plants super fast in 1 week! And for FREE!
We don’t need any fancy supplies here. All we need is water.
Cut the side shoots off a big healthy plant, and immediately place them in a jar filled with water.
Set the jar in a warm place such as a sunny window sill.

In about 1-2 weeks, you will see new roots coming out, and they are ready for transplanting into the garden, or in a pot.
Important tip: For the first few days, give the plants extra water and a little protection from the sun using this simple trick(see at the end). This will help the plant adjust from water to soil without stunting the growth.
Now we got new tomato plants in record time! See link below for the recommended spot on where exactly to cut the tomato shoots plus more planting tips!
