Painting windows

Hi, I would like to paint a stencil border on the inside windows of my store, I want it to be permanent, I don't want it to come off when I wash the window. I'm just not sure what kind of paint I should use, and if you have any tricks I would love to hear them. Thank you!

Have you thought of etching the border design? Any glass paint would probably eventually wear off, especially as you wash the glass - unless you could take the glass out and bake it with Vitreous paint - You can purchase etching cream - and use that instead of paint. http://www.michaels.com/armour-etch-glass-etching-cream/M10208713.html#start=1

@CAmom thank you, but not sure the landlord where I reant my store from would allow me to do that. I thought if I could paint it and if I ever left I could scrape it off somehow..i guess Im asking for to much lol

Sounds like U need to search for a company that makes those plastic border things U attach to windows/walls etc with a hot air gun..Then when u stop renting just scrape it off.

hum... contact paper....frosted glass design or colors of you choice- use your stencil on the back of the contact paper. carefully cut out the pieces and assemble them on the window. should be easy enough to remove with a scraper razor blade.
