Odd shaped air register
I'm finishing up a bathroom remodel, the air register used to be under vanity that I tore it out, now it is not. The hole cut in the tile is 8x7 1/2. Any ideas for register cover? I found some on a specialty site but they were a bit pricey. Just looking for ideas.

If you have a tile saw you could cut a tile too fit, then cut slots in the tile for air flow. Would be a read custom detail. Typical registered are near the wall so there's not much chance of people stepping on the register.
