Air register needed

I have an 81/2 x 7 inch vent hole in my bathroom, I am having a hard time finding a register to fit. Any Ideas?

When I redid my floors I couldn't find one t. I did find some spray pant that matched the floor color and everything is good. so if you have he cover, paint it!

We use a cold air return cover. You can get various sizes at Lowes or Home depot for cheap. You can leave it white or paint it the color of the wall. We see these returns everywhere in our homes so they eventually become just part of the house and you don't notice it.

An air conditioning parts and supply store might have it.
