Loosen my window cranks, please!
My old steel casement windows need a little lubrication. Can I do it without taking apart and replacing the handle? Recommendations anyone?

WD-40 or any other penetrating oil should work. Be patient and work it every day

No need to take it apart. Like Mark said, use WD40 and spray the arm mechanism/track that is attached to the window. If you do that from time to time, it should always open properly.
