Sometimes we don't need or want full privacy fencing in our backyard. Here are some tips for building a fence that will allow you to keep your view and maintain your privacy where needed.
6' tall vinyl privacy fence transition.
So you've bought the perfect home and now it's time to fence in the yard. The problem is, you have a great view directly off the back. If you put up a 6' tall privacy fence, that view is gone....or maybe not!

There are several options to enclose your backyard while maintaining that great view. Here are some options:

1. 6' vinyl privacy fence transitioning to a 3' vinyl picket fence. The picture above is an example of this option. Homeowners get the security and privacy while allowing a full view off the back of the property.
2. Vinyl to chain link fence transition. The wire mesh in the a chain link fence allows you to enjoy even more of the view while securing your yard, pets and children.
3. Aluminum fence transition. No matter what type of privacy fencing you have on the sides of your home, you can always choose to finish off the back property line with a classic aluminum fence.

As you can see, homeowners have several options when deciding on what to do about that wonderful view. You can still maintain seclusion from your neighbors and keep that awesome view in the back to enjoy for years to come!

***Note: Always check with your HOA for approval before installing any type of fence.
