How can I add tuftex roofing to flat topped pergola covered deck?

No part of the pergola or deck is attached to the house. I know I need a slope of an inch per foot (in my case 6 inches). What type of frame needs to be built over the "roof" of existing pergola? The existing roof is fence boards and 2x2s.
Right side
Front
Back of pergola next to gutter and eave of roof.

Sometimes deckss and pergolas are not attached directly to a house because of local tax law- in some places that would increase the square feet you are being taxed on. Better check first.

@Connie Hoge Thanks Connie, the pergola and deck were not attached at my request seven years ago. At that time I didn't realize how much I would welcome protection from the rain. I would like to put up the tuftex over the existing roof and I know i must build a frame over it. I was hoping to get ideas on this site. Thanks again!
