Paper Heart Wreath-Easy Way to Make "Crinkled" Paper
I recently posted about a recycled paper heart wreath I made from packing material and a cereal box. I turns out that making similar looking paper shreds isn't really hard at all. This is how I did it with some vintage sheet music.
