Window treatment question: Keeping room before & after.

Sun is an issue when sitting and/or watching TV. Not a curtain person but need something - we will only use when needed. Considering cellular shades. I like that they are simple. My questions is how to handle the tall windows with the rounded top. Does the shade have to include the rounded part?
