Fun & Eclectic Living Room TV Media Wall Makeover With Gallery
After tolerating a living room that I just wasn't happy with for years, I finally decided to give it a makeover. The best part of the makeover is my brand new media wall. The wall was boring and mismatched, but now it features a bold pop of pattern, along with a colorful gallery wall full of art and pictures that I love. The media console that my dad and I built is a bit rustic and pulls all the fun decor choices together and keeps the wall from looking like something you'd see at the circus.
I kept thinking I'd have the perfect living room in my non-existent "new house" that I plan on getting one day, but then I decided that life is too short to wait on a room I can enjoy when I could makeover my current living room.
The gallery wall around the TV keeps it from being such an eyesore. The wall features a painted herringbone pattern and an eclectic mix of letters and pictures and art.
I love that I now have a room that makes me feel happy. No more living room blues! Well, other than the color scheme... ;)
