Dresser makeover

I have this dresser from when I was a little girl. My dad stained it and it's such a sweet little piece. The outside it's in pretty good shape, but the bottom two drawers keep falling apart from the bottom and it's been fixed too many times as it is. I'd like to give it a repurpose or remodel and have it for my daughter, who is now 18 mos. I have a few ideas, like a dress up closet or something, but I'd love some suggestions. I'm ok with painting it for the right project and I'm pretty handy. This won't be my first redo. Thanks everyone, can't wait to see what you come up with!
It's living inside a closet right now. 4 drawers, hollow inside.

How about taking those draws out and use the space with basket of sort for storage.

Just brainstorming. Just wondering if some how it could be made into a play stove, and keep the drawers on the bottom for storing all the pots and pans. Or maybe keep drawers on the bottom for coloring books, crayons, etc. and turn the top into shelving for toys, books, etc.

Convert the bottom two drawers into storage for blankets or off season clothes by adding doors. Then paint it and add girlie hardware for your daughter.

Paint it a soft yellow or white & remove the bottom draws for storing of blankets.

Turn the piece upside down, drawers as well. Make now the top area an open shelf. Cut away any bits that were holding the bottom drawer in place and put a board across the bottom of the 2nd(upside down 2nd) for the shelf. Maybe use the fronts of the drawers for the shelf?

The ideas are great! I am worried about top heaviness if I take out the bottom two drawers though (which works since those are in the worst shape). I wonder if I could figure out a way to...ok.....what if I took the front of all the drawers off and cut them in half, gut the entire inside removing all hardware, attach the drawers to two pieces of thin...so if I mount the drawer covered wood back onto the dresser frame (with hinges) it LOOKS like a dresser but really is two shots that open...It's a small armoire. I dunno..just a crazy idea. I'm low on sleep.

I would paint it a soft color. Take the big drawers out. Paint the inside. Put a extension rod in the top of the opening. Use this as a hanging place for her clothes and use the drawers for her small stuff like, panties, socks, pj's, etc.
