Painting trim and walls the same color
It used to be that we had to paint our trim in either high- or semi-gloss for durability. But today, most high quality paints are so much easier to wash/clean regardless of their sheen. IF you've painted in this fashion, I and other HT readers, would love to hear from you. (photo via arcadianhome.com)

Heliane Ripley on Aug 30, 2015I did it too. I painted everything in a soft white. I like a very neutral background since I love framed art and I also have many shelves for small collectibles all over my walls.Helpful Reply
