DIY Mackenzie Frame Fall Wreath

This no-tools-neccessary, make-it-yourself frame uses purchased wood strips and gift wrap as the backdrop for a fab Fall floral.
Did you know the big box hardware stores carry craft wood and will even cut it for you?

You can make this Mackenzie-Childs accented frame with a little glue and a little clever!
Craft-size wood strips are stored waaaay down at the bottom...and most stores have a chop saw handy and will cut to size. (Or buy one of the big pieces above and give them your list of lengths.)
Break out the Elmer's or your favorite glue to connect the pieces together. Add square doweling trim.
Decoupage paper strips or (...or chevron fabric...or a graphic damask print...or...).

Give it a coat of varnish and decorate as desired!
