Brrr, it is cold in Hotlanta!

Water can act as an insulator to help keep the roots of your plants warmer during frosts or freezes. Here in Georgia, this often works, especially if combined with mulch. Which reminds me, I still have about 20 bags of mulch to put down. Rats!
