I am obsessed with succulents! I love planting them in colorful pots. This is a Mexican pot I find and added a few succulents and aloe to it!
I added gravel rocks find at the pet super store. I washed them up well. Added potting soil and planted the succulents. Added colorful gravel to it!
Not much to say other than how pretty it came out!!
Just curious? Do any of you put charcoal to your succulents? I never added that to any of my inside succulents. Also, I like to mix the cacti and regular potting soil together for some reason...Do u just used cacti soil?

I always mix charcoal and orchid bark for my indoor succulent designs. Being in warmer areas it helps keep the moisture away from their roots where it can become humid very quickly in our zones. The mix also gives the roots something to root to. So, for indoor containers, (espciespecially those cute containers you repurposed that don't have drainage holes), I found a big benefit from addind small rocks to the bottom, then a layer of small orchid bark, a few pieces of charcoal, (depending on the size of containers ), stir it all a tiny bit. Then, add soil and plants. I mix soil and catus mix together ;) I also like soil and peat moss together. Happy succulenting!
