Thrift Store Basket Wall Art

Sara
by Sara
I love to thrift! When I was out thrifting one day, I spotted some baskets and knew exactly what I was going to do with them! They were only a quarter, but you would never know once you see the final picture!
I picked up these four baskets for 25 cents!
I sprayed them with matte black spray paint.
I centered a number stencil in the middle and painted it with Annie Sloan Chalk Paint with a stencil brush.
I used the numbers 1-4. One number per basket. Numbers have and currently are popular in farmhouse decor.
I then hung them vertically on a tall wall in our living room! Please check out my blog for more DIY and decor fun!

What would I use on the baskets and stencils to make them waterproof if I put them on my porch? My porch is covered some but the wind blows it onto the porch and onto the siding sometimes.
