Repurposing & Upcycling: Re-purposing a baby highchair

I have an wooden baby highchair that I used for both my daughters now 23 and 16...I just can't seem to part with the chair. It was initially white and I painted it for my second daughter. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can repurpose this special chair?

Gardening: Hummingbird Nest Helper

Good morning everyone,

I was just poking around on the web for all things hummingbird, and I ran across this darling cagey thing for pet hair for hummers to use to feather their nest. It was on Amazon and I don't know how to contact the poster. I am taking the liberty to snag her picture and show you and ask if anyone knows where I could find or how I could make such a thing. If the poster happens to be watching thank you so much for this awesome idea!

It's growing wild near my house in the woods. There are several of these plants and they're very unusual. Any ideas?

Gardening: I have this thing growing up through an azelia. I know it has to go, but (esp. @Walter Reeves) what IS it? Anybody?

It looks kind of like a holly of some sort, but the leaves are more broad than any holly I've seen! Also, if you know what it is, just what are those berries going to do? Flower? Change color? Stain my clothes?

I would love to cover the mirror tiles that are in my VERY SMALL bathroom.

I rent so don't really want to go to all the trouble of removing them but would love to cover them up. Should I paint? (If so, what kind of paint?) Paper? A friend suggested decoupage? What do you think?

  • These are the colors and things that surround it now.
  • a close up! It's very chippy now with a light, light blue and a stain over top to age it.
  • UPDATE!!
The new look! I love it!So subtle but now cohesive. added tulips on the table.
  • I painted the back of the shelf. Added white frames...love them...New Blue/aqua pillows.
  • Took away some trinkets and changed the table stuff beside the couch.
  • This is the other side of the room.
  • The other couch and the new pillows that match the rug.
  • This is another view of that side of the room.
  • Another one that is kinda the whole square of the room and how the color scheme works.

I'm actually thinking that the wall needs to be painted. I have a green/blue color that is light enough to not darken the room but dark enough to contrast the couch. Funny how when we moved in it was painted a dark mustard yellow and it was so dreary with the wood ceilings and floors. But the white after getting 2 new couches now needs color. Always changing. I'd paint the ceiling a nice crisp white, BUT I get a NO from just about everyone!! But especially my husband!
