What a great idea. When we sold our last house we had it staged with real furnishings, and it was quite costly since we had pay to rent the furnishings monthly until the house sold. I'm sure this is inexpensive to do, and would definitely drive traffic to the property.

I am about to list my home for sale. The purpose of staging as far as I am told, is to get great pictures for the listing. Why not do this? Much less expensive.
