How can I remove two plastic buckets that are wedged inside each other?

I can't pull them apart after using water, WD, soap, Liquid wrench etc.. Please advise anyone,

    suggestions, I tied them with tie down strapes, To the top of the stucked bucket and one to the other bucket and hooked them to my truck hitch and pulled them apart with my hands.

How do you locate the main water line entering your home in order to install an electric water conditioner for whole

house? ( The kind that you wrap the pipe with covered wire)
