I have a small stubborn little yorkie and he has destroyed my carpet in less than a year. I won't get rid of the dog (he is my sweetie) but I will get rid of the carpet.
I am thinking about installing Vinyl floor strip that look like wood because I read that they are very tough and will withstand accidents. I don't want to spend a lot of money putting hardwood or new carpet down because I know it will probably get trashed.
Does anyone have an experience with it. Does it look good? Last? Easy to put down?
I took a plain, boring, beige loveseat and I spray painted it grey. It looks so much better. Find out how I did it without get that crunchy painted fabric feel. http://aggravation-station.blogspot.ca/201...
Rescued Eleanor Tabor Indian Hawthorn...it was 70% off at Lowes so I decided to nurse it back to health. Also scored 3 Double Knock Out Roses for $7 each saving a total of $15.00. Golden
Dewdrop (Duranta)...it dies but comes back strong every year! Ruby Loropetalum...see why I love this shrub? Look at those beautiful colors! The Lantana was planted in a shady area, barely grew or produced flowers like the other one so I transplanted it. It looked dead for a day or two then it bounced back. Still impressed by the Ruellia with the purple hearts.
Have you ever seen lamps made from recycled coffee filters? I collect used coffee filters, dry and clean them. Some of them I keep the natural stained colors. They create a beautiful
rustic style. Others I dye naturally with saffron and also with the water acryclic paint. The result is just beautiful. If you like to see more pictures of the recycled coffee filter lamps, please, check www.etsy.com/shop/lampada
