Achieve a Chippy Alligator Look W/ Milk Paint Without Crackle Medium

If you use milk paint and a blow dryer, you can get a very shabby alligator chippy look by using a blowdryer to dry the paint. I used bonding agent on the first layer so that I wouldn't have to sand the shelf to get the paint to stick, but the second layer had no bonding agent. One part didn't want to dry, so I pulled out the blowdryer and achieved this look!
