    As a general standard, newly built houses are painted a light, off-white color. This is mostly for the benefit of the buyer, who then has a nice "blank canvass" on which to paint colors of their choosing. The specific white color can run a huge amount of variations in specific shade. I suggest contacting the builder, they usually keep the brands and colors used on record.
