Repurposing & Upcycling: Does anyone know what these are for?

I got these with a bag of stuff at a goodwill type store. I have asked several people but no one seems to know what they are for. There are 8 of them. They aren't sharp or angled to grate so I'm guessing the holes would be for drainage?
