Landscaping: need to know what to do after home built with all rocks etc around home and not able to put in grass or flower garden,

Had beautiful yard with grass and then when house built on it, left me with lots of rocks from digging up for foundation and can not remove them as too many so suggestions for what to put up by house to make it better than with all these rocks.
